I’m so glad I purchased this book. I absolutely loved it!!! I could picture myself doing the same things. Once I started reading it I couldn’t put it down, I had to finish it. I’m sure I’ll read it again and find another memory I’ll savor!! It’s definitely written about a time that is lost. Now that I’m older I ponder my memories while growing up. Those definitely were GREAT times. I truly enjoyed how Frechia brought those times out. It’s an excellent book to read and enjoy.

Couldn’t believe how I can relate to a lot of the stories on here because I was also raised on a ranch and got to know my grandpa. This book makes you want to go back in time when life was so simple. It also makes you want to just hug your grandparents if they’re alive but mine are all gone so that’s out of the question… Guess you can just hug your parents instead.

Mrs. Collins book is beautifully written in a simple but interesting language describing the details so well that I felt like I was on the scene. Although I did not know my grandmothers, Molly experience made me dream on what it would been like to have known them, so since I have five granddaughters I will need to buy a book for one each of them. I wish they remembers me like Molly remember her Granny. I look forward to the next Mrs. Collins book. 💯 Recommended
